  66. Re-Issuing of a Key is necessary when the key file is lost (make a backup
  67. immediately after receiving the key!) or when the data inside has to be
  68. changed (e.g. when selling the license etc.). Changing the encoded net
  69. address is NOT necessary, it does not have any effects to the correct
  70. execution of FastEcho! It's just a cosmetic ...
